Where it all began...
In 2010, we had a vision. We wanted to be the UK's number one home maintenance and emergency services provider that did things right. And so, Rightio was born.
That meant putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, speaking in plain English, not leaving muddy footprints on carpets, and triple-checking every screw and joint.
Throughout our infancy, we kept the phone within touching distance, and within three years, we'd created a nationwide network of excellent engineers and loyal customers.
