Since 2010 our business has worked hard to develop a network of expert engineers that span the width and breadth of the UK. By teaming up with local tradespeople, we can be certain that our customers are getting the reassurance of a friendly neighbourhood engineer, as well as the reliability of a national brand.
Before onboarding a tradesperson to our network, we verify their credentials through a rigorous vetting procedure to make sure they have the right qualifications and skillset.
As well as making sure that our engineers have a minimum of five years experience in their field, we also maintain their skillsets in-house with regular training. By doing this, we can verify that our tradespeople are maintaining the high standards that our customers expect of us.
Vetting Process - Our vetting process includes:
- Minimum of five years' proven experience
- Technical interview & test with at least 90% pass rate
- ACS, C&G, NVQ, NICEIC qualification certificates
- Gas Safe cards
- Public liability insurance
- Driver's licence
- Asbestos awareness
- Regular health & safety auditing
- DBS
