Meet our December Employee of the Month - Mo Abuzer

December was bursting with holiday excitement, company events and Christmas cheer. Staying focused in December - now this is hard, and certainly deserves admiration.

One of our employees really showed they could be the best of the best, and took upon their new role with responsibility and professionalism, which surprised and inspired everyone in the Rightio headquarters.

Our December Employee of the Month and last winner for the decade was Mo Abuzer, who took upon our Quotes Specialist role a couple of months ago. Since then he has really flourished into the position, and exceeded all expectations. In fact his winning nomination said:

"He has brought a lot of new work in for the company and has made a huge impact in the role! Mo has taken on the role and really thrived. His hard work should not go unnoticed!"

And winning the December Employee of the Month award was certainly deserved. Since taking upon Quotes Mo has doubled the amount of customers who choose Rightio for their large-scale projects, and planned maintenance.

It feels really good, it feels like all the hard work from the last two months, and before, was acknowledged. It really feels great.

I guess it's some luck, some charm, and genuinely knowing the specifications of the product you're offering, and being able to talk in detail with the customers."

Mo has been in the company for the last 6 and a half years, starting as a Logistics agent and working his way up. He says the best change he ever saw happening was the establishment of the Care Club services, as it allowed Rightio to not just be reactive but proactive in helping customers.

When Mo's not busy with work, he likes to explore local eateries, and is not partial to a good mixed grill. He does make sure to burn it all off in the gym after, and his newest joy has been playing with his little daughter.

For his reward, he chose a £50 voucher for JD Sports because who doesn't want to treat themselves to a pair of shiny new trainers around the holidays.
