Meet Adnan Akhtar - Rightio's August Employee of the Month

September was quick to come and go at the Rightio office, and it seems like the summer is fast turning into a memory, amidst busy phone lines and rainy days.

For one last time though, we can bring August back, and this is to announce our August Employee of the Month - Adnan Akhtar.

Adnan started work at Rigthtio two years ago in September but in this short time he's already progressed to Acquisitions Team Leader, helping to secure bookings, supporting the floor staff daily, and giving advice and inspiration when necessary.

Adnan was nominated for the August Employee of the Month for living all of the Rightio values - professionalism, diligence, responsibility and empathy. The winning nomination did not shy to praise his qualities and hard work.

"Adnan the definition of dedication. Adnan is always willing to help and goes above and behind to ensure the performance of the department is the best that it can be. He is approachable and professional at all time and no matter what the challenges are in the department Adnan remains positive and always gives 100% every single day."

Adnan's colleagues agree that as a team leader he's motivating and helpful but also praise his friendly nature, and easy-go attitude.

For now Adnan is keeping in secret what he spent his Amazon voucher on but we'll make sure to update this blog when he reveals the news.
