Meet Lauren Larmour - our October Employee of the Month

October is the time when we really start feeling the pressure and excitement of the upcoming cold season. There is an increased demand for our services, emergency jobs become the norm, and working hard is the daily plan.

OurOctober Employee of the Monthknows a lot about diligence and hard work. She's been working at Rightio for 9 months now, and her determination, willingness to help others and dedication to the team have been noticed by all her colleagues:

Positivity is key when you have a fast-paced job as a Logistics Agent - the day remains challenging as Lauren tries to get all the jobs out and ensure the customers are happy and satisfied. What she loves about her job and Rightio in general is the team spirit and that one is never made to feel like they are asking too many questions.

In fact Lauren herself admits that winning the October Employee of the Month award has meant she's had to be even more helpful, giving advice and delivering even more, now that she's in the "public eye".

If you didn't know, Lauren is a proud mum to a 9-year-old son, and the £50 gift voucher will be going towards even more presents for her little guy. He sure is one lucky boy!
